Share-A-Day

The Wantok Radio Light "Share-A-Day" package provides listeners the option of choosing a particular day of the year for which they would like to provide sponsorship.

The cost of this sponsorship for a whole day is K1,200.00.  

Many choose to make a monthly gift of K100.00 over a 12 month period, while others send a one time gift for the entire amount.  

Some listeners select the day which symbolizes their spiritual birthday, others might choose a birthday or anniversary of a loved one, some even select a day to honour the Pastor of their church. 

For this package we mention the occassion of sponsorship and thank our "Share-A-Day" sponsors throughout the whole day of broadcast.

Share-A-Thon:

 Every Year Wantok Radio Light  conducts a Share-A-Thon. This is usually a week long event of praise and participation when listeners are encouraged to call the radio station to make a faith-promise. 

Volunteers answer the phones during Share-A-Thon as listeners make a financial pledge to the ministry which is payable over the following 6 or 12 months.

These financial gifts are vital to the on going operations of Wantok Radio Light.

Business, Professional and Church Underwriting:

The purpose of the Business, Professional and Church Underwriter's program for Wantok Radio Light is to increase the financial base of support for it's outreach ministry and to inform the Christian community about the business & ministry services of the Underwriter.

This development is not intended to move toward the sound of a "commercial station".  Every creative promos made by Wantok Radio Light are created to show a clear verbal picture of the underwriters' support to the radio ministry and to inform our listeners about who they are and where they are located .  These promos are done to show Wantok Radio Light's appreciation for the Underwriters' support.  We will reserve all rights for script writing and spot rotation.
